My name is Heather Ramos & I am a God Loving, Social Media Influencing, Chronic Illness Advocating, Inspirational Hope Dealing, International Entrepreneur!
I started sharing my Health Journey back in 2019 after losing my mom painfully to multi organ failure caused by Gabapentin. In addition to losing my mom, our family was going through the trial for a hate crime we experienced & I ended up getting a divorce all inside that 6 month period. I went into a huge Lupus flare & we didn't think I was going to make it. I was broken, hopeless & couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel so I was ready to give up & have God take me home.
Instead, I was blessed with one of THE GREATEST Comeback Stories EVER & so now I share my life journey to help create hope & inspiration for others! I stride to live a Life by Design by putting God first in everything I do ... my life, my health, my relationships & especially, the business opportunities I choose to align with.

As many of you already know, I share on all my Social Media platforms about how I supplement like my life depends on it ... because it kinda does! Otherwise, I would have to go back to the pharmaceutical life because I'm not cured, I'm combating Naturally EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Part of my Mind, Body, Soul approach includes high-quality ingredients that are necessary to keep my Gut Health on point & my Nutrition supplemented while helping me get the Restorative Sleep my body needs for optimal health. EVERYTHING I do is meant to breakdown inflammation layer by layer, stabilize my hormones & help my coping mechanism (both emotionally & physically). All the supplements I use are high-quality & equivalent to what you would purchase from a Naturopathic doctor's office. Due to unforeseen formulation changes or more cost efficient options, I will occasionally replace certain supplements in my regimen if necessary.
